Scenarios
In 2013 Ortec Finance together with The Digital Thinking Network developed scenarios to explore the next decade ahead for Pension Systems. This scenario framework is encapsulated below, as well as a short compilation of expert interviews. The global expert interviews brought together technologists, environmentalists, leaders in the pension industry, risk managers, etc. to gain real overview of the shifts in the field.

Following the expert interviews we developed a framework of three deep questions resulting in four scenarios. These scenarios will be discussed in full in the Early Warning System workshop.
Below are tabled system diagrams developed to determine the causal (and systemic) coherency for each of the scenarios. This methodology combines natural language systems diagrams with causal diagrams to give overview of the logic system underpinning each scenario.
